Carhill Breakfast Club
Breakfast has been proven to boost children’s concentration skills, which is vital to learning. Our breakfast club opens daily from 8.15am to 8.50am.
Children can take advantage of our Breakfast Club which is run by staff. Here, children can purchase a wide range of juices, cereal, toast and other bread products.
This setting encourages reluctant eaters to model themselves on their peers and try new healthy fruit alternatives for breakfast. There are also opportunities for children to develop their social skills and foster peer relationships, as a wide range of structured games are available to the children when they finish eating. Breakfast club not only benefits the children, but is useful for working parents who may draw upon this service.
Carhill Pitstop- ‘Fuelling Learning For Life’
Carhill IPS is pleased to announce the launch of its Pitstop Club, which is in tune with the needs of pupils and working families.
Our aim is to create a sense of belonging in a place where children can extend their talents through activities including ICT, drama, science and technology, art and yoga. The skills and attitudes our children develop at Carhill IPS and through such programmes as this, play an important part in moulding the kind of adults that they grow to become.
